Ordering Day

Today was a busy day for us. We always double back and refresh our memory on a few key items, then we start placing our orders! It's always so fun, but nerve racking too! We sure hope we've picked items that our customers will love and that will compliment our own handmade and vintage lines! We walked past this cute Valentine display and just had to snap a pic!

Impressive Displays

One of the reasons we love going to market has to be the impressive displays! They are amazing! We loved these two. Would you believe that Vintage Inspired is actually a real trend! It's exciting to see the rest of the trend setters catching up with those of us that have loved and decorated with vintage for years! Love it!

We Made It

We made it to France...not really, but don't we wish! But Vegas is the next best thing right! After an early morning flight, we arrived in plenty of time to spend most of the day shopping at the Las Vegas Gift and Home Market. Unfortunately we got to baggage claim and found that the front compartment on Eileen's luggage had been ripped off on three sides. We were a bit delayed filling out forms only to find out they will not cover the damage...dang! Guess we'll be shopping for luggage while we are here! In all the hassle we forgot our camera today so we'll try to post some pictures tomorrow. But we are excited to see so many vintage inspired items! It's going to be a great year!

Change Is Good

So I'm just a bit excited about our new look on our blog! We've been in ugly duckling mode for a week or so and it just feel so good to start making some of our updates....yes change is good! I don't know what it is about the beginning of the year that seems to give us permission to start fresh...but I love it! I'm looking forward to more "freshening up" around here and on our website, and it's great to get that ball rolling! (eileen & daughter stephanie at the Atlanta Market)

Next week we are off to Las Vegas to the Gift and Home Decor Market there. We'll try to snap a pic or two and share our adventures with you!

Last Minute Gifts

Christmas is all about family, friends, church and community. Seeing loved ones who live far away and reconnecting with those who are nearby but we don’t see as often as we wish we could. Working with our communities to bring Christmas cheer to those in need is a very big part of the holiday season for my family. Tis the season to share the magic of this blessed holiday with everyone around us.

Working on new stitching projects for someone we love. Telling stories from the past year and our hopes for the year to come, feeling thankful for those we will share it with.
